The forum of computer science and Information, FALCON & EXOTIC respectively have short term and long term objectives.

The purpose of FALCON and EXOTIC is oriented towards achieving academic excellence by providing world class standard in technical education and 100% placements The department excels the students to the  global environment by exposing them to the various technocrats of both industry and academic fields. The forums also have serious plans to introduce a post graduation with a research component for further specialization for high profile faculties. 

Inauguration of Falcon of computer science, Exotic of information science was held on 19th October 2004 by Dr K. Chidandagowda, Vice Chancellor, Kuvempu University. 

• Mr Sunil Kumar.B.S, HOD, Department  of CSE/ISE, Lectures Mr Ganesh R.M, Mr Santhosh kumar M, delivered modularized seminars on the technical topics of “ Compiler Techniques”,” Embedded System” and “ Fuzzy Techniques” respectively on 18-03-2005

• Prof N.K.Srinath,HOD, Department of ISE, R.V college of Engineering delivered an absolutely stunning presentation about “ Microprocessor-Basic to Advanced Concepts” on 08-04-2005.

• A highly interactive and fascinating seminar on the evergreen and rolling subject “VB and Oracle Application” was delivered by a Prof Mr Manohar, Lecturer ,APS college, Bangalore at the students comfort

• Mr Ashwin Kumar & Mr Sripathi Rao,8th CS delivered technical seminar on “ Graphics editors and Internetworking “ on 04-11-2004.

• Mr Santhosh.A,Mr Girish H.K and Mr Mallikarjuna Gowda presented a beautiful seminar on the topic of “Flash Drives “

Mr Santhosh. Alahalli, Mr Girish H.K and Mr Mallikarjuna Gowda marked an unpreceded milestone in the history of the college. At the south India level paper presentation organized by ABVP at BVB College of Engineering, Hubli. They were honored with 2nd prize for a mind blowing performance on “ Flash Drives “ on 19-05-2005.

In mallika 2005,inter-semester collegiate level festival, students of IV semester information science won Overall Team Championship for the year 2004-05. 

Valedictory function to FALCON and EXOTIC was conducted on 28-05-2005, Dr M.K.Banga, Principal Consultant, Talent Transformations, Wipro Infotech, Bangalore,the chief Guest of the function.
